I'm Deb Hanneman, mother of 3 beautiful girls and wife to a wonderful husband.  But let's be honest - as much as we love our children and our spouses, sometimes we feel stressed, anxious, and worried.  
 
We worry about our family, finances, health, work, and so on...
 
And when we worry and feel stressed, not only are we emotionally drained, but our physical selves suffer. We put on extra weight and have all sorts of physical aches and pains.

We take care of everyone else's needs first.
 
When do we take time for ourselves?
 
Mommies - It's time to take our own time-out.  How can we have a life that is balanced and healthy if we don't take the time to take care of ourselves?  We need to nurture ourselves, heal our bodies and our spirits, have fun, relax, and enjoy life.  When we feel good and energized, we have more to offer everyone else in our lives. 
 
I created Zen Mommies for over-stressed moms of all ages, to provide various healing resources to help you release the stress, and release the weight.
